Ayo Maff has put Zinoleesky on “Malaria,” the love-as-infection single he’d been teasing, and the cut is street this morning.

Ayo came up through “Dealer” with Fireboy DML, the MAFFIAN run, and last year’s Prince Of The Street claim as one of street-pop’s loudest young baritones. Zinoleesky has spent years being the melodic guest who walks onto other people’s records and leaves a hook behind. Putting them on the same title is two lanes of the same street finally sharing a chorus.
