Nigerian Afropop rising star Coblaze has officially released his deeply personal and sonically diverse 6-track EP titled ‘Piece Of Me’. This vibrant offering bares his soul through a fusion of Afrobeat, highlife, and indigenous sounds. The project features contributions from renowned producers LOL, 9fingers, Salamii, and Coblaze himself, with a guest appearance from rap sensation Jeriq. Each track on ‘Piece Of Me’ offers a unique story and emotional texture, showcasing Coblaze’s gift for musical storytelling and cultural synergy.
The EP opens with “Bye Bye” (produced by LOL), a confessional love song where Coblaze expresses unwavering devotion to a lover, despite past heartbreaks. He’s ready to fight for love, but if rejected, he’s willing to walk away with no bitterness—just honesty.

“Favour” (produced by Salamii) sees a reflective Coblaze in spiritual mode. He recounts his struggles, hustle, and the grace of divine intervention that brought him this far. It’s a humbling, prayerful track wrapped in soft Afro-fusion instrumentation, carrying a message of gratitude.
Closing the project is “Cold Juice”, featuring indigenous rap powerhouse Jeriq. Produced by Coblaze himself, the track blends highlife melodies and Afropop rhythms with an unmistakable Eastern Nigerian identity. Singing to his lover with lullaby-like vocals, Coblaze passes the baton to Jeriq, whose Igbo verse delivers grit and authenticity, rounding off the project on a powerful cultural high.
