BBC Radio 1Xtra posted the session to its official YouTube channel on September 10 as a 7:41 Live Lounge cut. The station’s own framing treats it as Victony’s 1Xtra Live Lounge debut. Timestamps on the upload put “Slick” at the top (0:00) and the medley at 2:18. Hours later, Victony pointed fans straight to it: “Slick on BBC live lounge. Out now.”
“Slick” keeps the short, sticky Afropop lane that has already carried the single through a long UK Afrobeats chart stay. In the Lounge, the hook stays front and center (“Baby, do you love me… go crazy”) over a live-band bounce before the medley pivots into the Big Three bag without picking a lane. It is homage with receipts: named songs, named hosts, official tape.
