Fireboy DML posted the full ZUKO! tracklist overnight. Friday is still the street date. The name that was sealed is Lojay, on a cut titled “GODDESS.”
CLAAT! with Jamaica’s Masicka and IMALI with South Africa’s JAZZWRLD and Thukuthela are already out. On the new back-cover art they sit as tracks 3 and 6. CLAAT! is the dancehall pocket; IMALI rolls on a 3-step bed. The list puts those singles inside the same 13 as the rest of the project.
Lojay was already on Fireboy’s last album, Adedamola, on “letting go.” GODDESS brings that pairing onto album five. Elsewhere on the art, titles keep hopping languages: C’EST LA VIE, MIMI NAWE. Judah Earl is credited on the opener, DEAR FATHER. The other ten titles stay unheard until Friday.
ZUKO! is 13 songs through YBNL Nation and EMPIRE. The music that is not yet streaming lands October 16.
