Tems’ “Love Is A Kingdom” Ties Davido’s “A Good Time” on Billboard

Tems’ EP “Love Is A Kingdom” has matched Davido’s “A Good Time” on the U.S. Billboard World Albums chart, with both projects now logging 25 weeks each, placing them joint-10th among the longest-charting Nigerian projects in the chart’s history.

Released as a surprise drop on 21 November 2025 via RCA Records and Since ’93, the seven-track EP has demonstrated the kind of staying power rarely associated with EPs. In a market where most projects experience a quick rise and gradual decline, “Love Is A Kingdom” has found new life through consistent streaming, word-of-mouth growth, and a deep emotional connection with listeners.

The milestone places the project in elite company. Above it on the all-time Nigerian list sit Rema’s “Rave and Roses” (184 weeks), Wizkid’s “Made in Lagos” (164 weeks), Tems’ own “Born in the Wild” (97 weeks), and Burna Boy’s “Love, Damini” (63 weeks), among others.

This feat adds another data point to what is quickly becoming one of the most consistent international chart runs of any African artist working today.
